Galleon TH JSC is an official dealer of "Zelenodolsk Plant named after A. M. Gorki" JSC in sales of titanium castings and other products in the territory of RF and CIS countries.
In many cases, it is more expedient to use titanium alloy parts than similar parts from stainless steel due to extension of service life, especially in corrosive medium. Titanium parts are half as heavy as steel ones, and are not inferior thereto and even overmatch them in technical characteristics.
Modern equipment of the workshop enables manufacture of articles of the most complicated structure, weighing up to 2750 kg with wall thickness above 3 mm, diameter up to 2.5 meter, and height up to 1.5 meter. The plant produces wide range of shaped castings from titanium alloys, applied in shipbuilding, machine building, space engineering and enginery.
Over a long period, the plant is specialized in manufacture of valve fittings, pump bodies and impellers, compressors for corrosive medium, in full compliance with world standards.
Use of titanium alloys is essentially economical due to increase of service life of parts, especially operating in sea water and aggressive medium.
Steel foundry offers the following types of castings:
- In shipbuilding industry: separate propeller blades with up to 2500 mm diameter, anchors of any types, castings for seaborne machinery and equipment, outside water and steam conduit fittings.
- In pulp-and-paper and metallurgical industry: pumps, impellers, variety of mixing equipment, volute casings, gearboxes, lids, flanges etc.
- Castings for petrochemical industry, fittings of various class for extraction of oil, pump casting, conduct pipe joints, shutters, calves etc.
- Castings for general mechanic engineering: Casings of various types, brackets, under-frame parts etc.
Weight of castings may vary from 2 kg to 2750 kg for any complexity and strength category.
Casting limiting dimensions: diameter - up to 3000 mm, height - up to 2000 mm;
Casting operating medium: air, sea water (for alloyed steels and titanium alloys), a number of corrosive medium.
